Pilates and exercise programs involve physical activity and carry inherent risks. By participating in our classes, workshops, private sessions, online content, or other services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are voluntarily participating in physical exercise activities.

  • You assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, or other physical complications.

  • You will immediately stop participating and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or other concerning symptoms.

Third Degree Pilates does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in our services and activities. By using our services, you release and hold harmless Third Degree Pilates, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in classes, programs, workshops, events, or use of our website.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability where prohibited by applicable law.

4. Booking, Payments, and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel registrations for unpaid balances.

We may use third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions. We do not store complete payment card information on our servers.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Class packages, memberships, workshops, and private sessions are subject to the cancellation and refund policies posted at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Missed classes are generally non-refundable.

  • No-shows may forfeit the session or class credit.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor availability, weather, insufficient enrollment, or other circumstances.

In the event that we cancel a class, participants may receive a credit, transfer, or refund at our discretion.

6. Online Content and Virtual Classes

Any virtual classes, videos, tutorials, educational materials, or online content are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have adequate space, equipment, and physical readiness to participate safely in any online program.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, class materials, branding, and instructional content, is the property of Third Degree Pilates and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
